We care for patients worldwide with essential tremor, Parkinson’s disease-related tremor and rigidity (stiffness), dystonia, and hypothalamic hamartoma gelastic seizures using modern CE and FDA-approved non-invasive MRI-guided focused ultrasound (MRGFUS) thalamotomy.
Treatment usually needs only one procedure per side and is well-controlled at the verification stage. It does not require implantable devices or incisions and is typically painless.

The story of evolution, loyalty, courage, and honor
For many years, to fix something inside, people cut people and got through organs and tissues deep into the place that needed to be cured. It was called surgery. Then came non-invasive surgery.
Vyacheslav Buzaev was one of the cardiac surgeons who brought non-invasive cardiac surgery – interventional cardiology – to our region. Thanks to him, PCIs and other cardiac interventions are made in our Republic.

We do our best to make your visit a pleasant and productive journey to health
1st step. Primary consultation.
You sent us the requested medical records. We meet online on a video call, then we both make preliminary decisions about the possibility of the treatment.
2nd step. Preparation.
You choose the date of the treatment. We send you the invitation letter to get the visa, and we help you book the flight and advise you about the trip to Russia. We reserve the room and cover your stay at the hotel.
3rd step. Trip.
We are available 24/7 phone during your trip to Ufa and back. We will meet you at Ufa airport and transfer you to the hotel.
4th step. Treatment.
We transfer you from the hotel to our clinic. In the clinic, on the first day, you usually meet with the neurologist (120 min), neurosurgeon, and cardiologist. We make calculations and plan the procedure. On the second day, we do the MRgFUS procedure usually. It takes 2-5 hours, depending on anatomy and condition.
5th step. Stay and return.
We provide you with meals. After the treatment, you have the follow-up the next day, and usually, you can go back home. We transfer you to the airport. We can arrange optional tours to see our wonderful region.
6th step. After your return.
We follow up on your condition online for at least 12 months. The procedure is effective, and the probability of tremor return is small. If the tremor relapses in 12 months, we will do our best to repeat the treatment, considering safety and condition.
