Professor Shihua Zhao has been a consultant for our medical center since its opening. Working at the largest hospital in Beijing Fuwai Hospital), Professor Shihua Zhao possesses one of the largest databases of cardiac MRI patients in the world and consequently the greatest experience in China.

In unclear cases, with the patient’s consent, we send the images to him for consultation.

Thanks to the professor’s assistance, for example, we diagnosed one of the rare fatal cardiomyopathies in a young woman and promptly referred her for a successful heart transplant.

It is a great honor for us to learn from such a master of cardiac MRI.
