EDUCATION, CLINICAL BASE

Superfin D.E., born in 1972, graduated from Bashkir State Medical University in 1997 with a degree in “Pediatrics”. While studying in the senior years, he began working in healthcare as a nurse at the Emergency Medical Hospital.

After completing a surgical internship in the Department of Surgical Infections at the Emergency Hospital in Ufa in 1999, he began working at the Republican Oncology Dispensary as a surgeon in the coloproctology department and worked in this position until 2002. Since 2002, he was transferred to the position of endoscopist in the endoscopy room of Clinic No. 2 of the Republican Oncology Dispensary.

29.10.2008г.  promoted to the position of endoscopist in the endoscopy department of the Republican Clinical Oncology Dispensary and currently works as an endoscopist in this department

SKILLS, MEDICAL ACTIVITIES

Proficient in all methods of endoscopic diagnosis of gastrointestinal tract and upper respiratory tract diseases, all methods of therapeutic and operative endoscopy, as well as endosurgery   used in the RKOD

Over the past few years  Superfin D.E. consistently holds a leading position in the volume of studies and procedures performed in the department, due to a high proportion of complex studies, such as endosonography   and endoluminal surgeries.

In 2023, certified to perform therapeutic shock wave therapy on the device DUOLITH SD1 T-Top. 

RESEARCH AND CLINICAL ACTIVITIES

D.E. Superfin participated in the implementation of new diagnostic methods for the RKOD and the Republic’s healthcare   therapeutic and operative endoscopic methods: photodynamic therapy (including performing the first endoscopic photodynamic therapy in the Republic of Bashkortostan in 2008), mucosal resection and submucosal dissection, balloon dilation, endoscopic endosonography. In 2010, performed the first mucosal resection of the colon with submucosal dissection for early colon cancer in the Republic of Bashkortostan, and in 2015, the first endoscopic mucosal resection of the larynx for cancer.  Actively participates in solving current and strategic organizational issues in the department. Participates in work   associations of oncologists, endoscopists   Regularly presents at surgical and endoscopic societies,   at republican conferences, annually participates with thesis articles in international congresses and symposiums. Co-authored with colleagues, published articles on endoscopy in endoscopic and oncological research journals. Prepared a published guide for the public on preparation for endoscopic examination.

In addition to the specialty of an endoscopist, holds valid certifications in oncology and gastroenterology  for 16 years has combined the work of an on-duty oncologist at the RKOD with their primary specialty, using gastroenterological knowledge to treat accompanying gastroenterological pathology in RKOD patients

When organizing conferences, master classes, and conferences based on the endoscopy department, takes an active role. In 2014, with the support of the administration of RKOD and the Association of Endoscopists of RB, organized the Republican Endoscopists Competition and then an interdisciplinary conference on early cancer detection among endoscopists of RB “Sharp Eye.” Then, in 2015, initiated, coordinated, and was one of the speakers at the multidisciplinary Republican scientific and practical conference “Early Cancer of the Gastrointestinal Tract”   —  ways to improve detection,” for the first time bringing together endoscopists, pathologists, and oncologists of the republic for discussion and practical decision-making. Currently a member of the accreditation commission for endoscopy of the Republic of Bashkortostan

For many years, he has been promoting a healthy and active lifestyle through sports tourism among the youth of the Republic. Since 2008, he has been organizing the Open Republican Creative Festival “Tourist Chronicles.” He has repeatedly led sports and tourism expeditions of the highest difficulty categories, including those that won first places in the Championships of the Republic of Bashkortostan and Russia in sports tourism. He is a Candidate for Master of Sports in water tourism and has received acknowledgments from the Ministry of Sports and Youth Policy of the Republic of Bashkortostan.

Characterized by   kindness and responsibility in relationships   with employees   clinics, with a sensitive and attentive approach   to patients. Enjoys well-deserved respect among the clinic staff and endoscopists of the Republic.
