Three factors training safety
1. Safety of the Space Around You
Non-slip floor. There is no rug on the floor that you can trip over. No foreign objects or wires underfoot. No pets that might interfere with the training. The chair you are sitting on or plan to lean on is as stable as possible (has 4 legs, a high back, and armrests). You are wearing comfortable, closed shoes.
2. Body condition before training
To determine which of the three training levels is suitable for you, whether you need assistance from another person during training, and which training is the MOST safe for you, we offer you to take a test:
3. Exercise Tolerance
It is recommended to measure blood pressure and pulse before starting a workout. Calculating the maximum heart rate during exercise using the formula: HR max = 220 — Age Calculating a Gentle Workout Regimen: ЧССщад. = ЧСС max * 0,6 You can send the test results to our email info@buzaevclinic.ru with the subject “For Nabiullina D.I. For LFK training”

How to evaluate the results of the Morse Scale?
0-24 low risk of falls. You can perform training at all three levels without external supervision
