Doctor, professor at BSMU, researcher and innovator in the field of medicine. I am building a world where people can easily maintain a healthy and happy life, and those who need help receive it painlessly, non-invasively, humanely, and without a single mistake.

Co-founder and Business Development Director of the first non-invasive neurosurgical MRgFUS center in the countries of the former Eastern Bloc — V.S. Buzaev International Medical Centre. Upon learning about the new technology that allows for predictable surgeries on deep brain structures without incisions, my spouse and I decided that we should be the first to implement it in our country. We developed a business plan, found an investor, assembled an incredible team, launched the project under epidemic restrictions, and promoted this treatment method amidst complete patient unawareness and physician conservatism.

From 2012 to 2021, I was the chief specialist in interventional radiology diagnostics and treatment, assigned by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Bashkortostan, and carried out tasks to develop this service in a region with a population of over 4 million people. During this time, we achieved two-hour accessibility
primary percutaneous coronary intervention for myocardial infarction throughout the Republic

Previously, for 11 years, I held the position of head of the first interventional radiology department at the Republican Cardiology Center, where my responsibilities included providing department leadership and strategy development, as well as mastering, implementing, and performing new operations with further training of doctors, and overseeing the implementation of innovative methods in the Republic of Bashkortostan. During my leadership, the department treated more than 11 000 patients and held high rankings among other leading hospitals in Russia.

As a professor at Bashkir State Medical University, I have extensive experience in lecturing and conducting seminars, regularly speaking at international congresses and on national television news programs as an expert. I have completed numerous international internships and have research publications in reputable international journals.
