Seminar with Schoolchildren of the Demsky District

5 In February, a seminar was held with 10th-11th grade students from general education organizations in the Dema district of Ufa, Republic of Bashkortostan, at the V.S. Buzaev International Medical Centre®. The Deputy General Director, PhD Alexey Borisovich Saveliev, spoke about the activities of the first neurosurgical center in Russia, where MRI-guided focused ultrasound is used to eliminate symptoms of severe movement disorders, and the unusual story of its opening. The presentation sparked lively interest among the students.
