In the “Productivity Lab” about lean management

20 December in Ufa hosted the intensive workshop “Productivity Lab” , where key issues of strategic planning, efficiency improvement, sustainable tourism, and optimization of logistics processes were discussed

As part of the “Tourism” section, Dinara Ilgizovna Nabiullina, the chief physician of our medical center, delivered a report. She spoke about the principles of lean management successfully applied in the center to attract foreign patients and shared experiences in developing medical tourism at a high level.

In my presentation, I wanted to emphasize the importance of the fact that the principles of lean management truly work, but only if they are based on sincerity and openness! The main principle we apply is transparency in all processes.
