The buzaevclinic team at the Eighth Ufa International Marathon

4 In September 2022, the 8th Ufa International Marathon took place. The team of amateur athletes from the V.S. Buzaev International Medical Centre, united by a love for sports and an active lifestyle, demonstrated the necessity of physical activity in human life by personal example, thereby encouraging patients with tremor and spasticity to lead an active lifestyle. Running, dancing, therapeutic exercises, yoga, and fitness all have a positive impact on the condition of people suffering from movement disorders.
