Meeting of Prof. Naufal Zagidullin with Dr. B. Hadley Wilson

Professor Dr. B. Hadley Wilson is the president of ACC 2023 – 2024 and one of the leading scientists and organizers of cardiological care in the USA.

In a conversation with Prof. Zagidullin N.Sh., Prof. Wilson stated that this Congress is the largest since the beginning of the pandemic, gathering over 20,000 cardiologists, scientists, and representatives of pharmaceutical companies. It also features a record number of posters (4,500) and numerous sections.

This congress is an anniversary event (75 years) and features more than 40 clinical studies in the fields of anticoagulant therapy, hypertriglyceridemia therapy, electrophysiology, interventional procedures, and drug therapy.

He welcomed the participation of Russian scientists in the Congress, specifically in the review of theses, poster and moderator poster presentations, and also sent greetings to the Russian Society of Cardiology and, in particular, to Academician Professor E.V. Shlyakhto.

Professor Dr. B. Hadley Wilson expressed hope for more active participation of scientists in the work of the American College of Cardiology in the future. In particular, the next Congress will be held at the end of March 2025 in Chicago.
