Innovations and Infrastructure

• In 2020, we began using MRgFUS in Russia and the post-Soviet countries.
• In 2020, we were the first in the world to implement MRgFUS using international medical proctoring (remote online surgery)
• In 2021, we treated dystonia with MRI-guided focused ultrasound among the first 10 cases described worldwide.
• In 2022, we were among the first three clinics in the world to treat hypothalamic hamartoma using MRgFUS.
• In 2022, we performed the world’s first simultaneous bilateral surgery with   using MRgFUS for essential tremor
• In 2022, we conducted the first treatment of neuropathic pain in Russia using MRgFUS.
• In 2022, we became one of the first in the world and the first in Russia to begin treating the akinetic-rigid form of Parkinson’s disease using MRgFUS.

Reducing Inequality

Thanks to medical tourism, we create accessible medicine to help people worldwide receive quality treatment. Our specialists have performed MRI-guided focused ultrasound therapy for patients with tremor and Parkinson’s disease from more than 25 countries where this technology is not yet available.

Sustainable Cities and Communities

We believe that quality medical care makes our city better and safer. That’s why we opened our center here in Ufa, to be closer to our family and friends. We feel immense gratitude to the residents of Ufa, our schools, and university who helped us become who we are. Now we want to give back by creating a new medical asset for Bashkortostan. Our center attracts smart and talented people who want to live and work in our beautiful city.

Responsible Consumption and Production

We care about our planet and strive to reduce waste. We recycle paper and were among the first to switch to electronic document management, including for medical records. We also stopped using disposable shoe covers, even though it costs us more in the short term.

Combating Climate Change

We are actively participating in the fight against climate change. For example, we have planted over 50 trees near our medical center.
