On the other side, there are those who cannot stand routine and love to create, innovate, and change.
The first group sees the maximum number of patients and doesn’t expend energy on special cases. They refer them to doctors of the other pole. Those who strive to solve mysteries and tackle complex problems, however, find that simple cases take much more time and require significant effort.
Both are important to society. But the secret to effectiveness is for everyone to recognize their strengths and use their superpower. Then a person is happy in the team, feels comfortable, and patients benefit from it.
