Dinara Ilgizovna Nabiullina
Dinara Nabiullina, neurologist
After completing my residency, I asked myself: where should I work?
Working in a government structure (clinic, neurology department) frankly scared me for a number of reasons:
Having decided that I want to work in private medicine, I began searching for a medical center.
When I learned about the V.S. Buzaev International Medical Centre, I studied the team composition and quickly realized that I wanted to work here. But I was so scared that I sent my resume to all the clinics in Ufa except this one
Still, gathering my courage, I ended up at an interview with Rezida Maratovna and Igor Vyacheslavovich, and they believed in me. In 1.5 years of working at the center, I completed many additional educational courses, participated in writing about 10 research publications, started my own dissertation, and have already passed the pre-defense. At the same time, I attended to my beloved patients. The team of doctors here is so motivating for development that you simply can’t fall behind! But most importantly, I believe, is the support and mutual assistance! Joint discussion of clinical cases, organization of consiliums — all that helps solve any patient problems!
Is it difficult to work here? Oh yes! But if you’re not afraid of challenges, eager to develop for the benefit of patients, and work surrounded by the most talented doctors — WELCOME
