Dinara Teregulova trained at the EFIC Pain School (Austria)

From September 4 to 9, our center’s neurologist, Dinara Ravilievna Teregulova, attended training at the Pain School organized by the European Pain Federation ( EFIC), in Klagenfurt, Austria. Dinara Ravilievna received a training grant from the European Pain Federation and was the only representative from Russia in the training.  The training consisted of 5 lecture days, each dedicated to a specific topic: general principles in diagnostics and   treatment of pain, oncological pain, neuropathic pain, head and facial pain, pain in musculoskeletal disorders   A lot of attention was given to the psychological aspects in the development of chronic pain and non-pharmacological methods of pain management.   One day, a visit to the pain clinic was organized so that the doctors could familiarize themselves with its organization.   We will apply new knowledge in our center!
