Video of the first MRgFUS operation for Parkinson’s disease in Russia

Today, on May 5, 2020, a very brave and responsible team in our clinic performed the first MRI-guided focused ultrasound treatment in Russia for a patient with Parkinson’s disease.

I am especially grateful to each member of our team for working together like one big, well-coordinated mechanism.

I want to express immense gratitude to everyone who supported us today. I would like to extend special thanks to Professor Sergey Nikolaevich Illarioshkin, who was remotely connected with us, and Professor Safin Shamil Makhmutovich, who also joined us multiple times during both the training and treatment stages.

I am very happy, as is our entire team, that we were able to do this today.
