Non‑medical informational preclinical assessment with a potential patient and/or their relatives
Description:
This activity represents a non‑medical, informational discussion conducted by a staff member of the medical centre with a potential patient and/or their relatives.
The purpose of the conversation is to provide general information and guidance, without performing any diagnosis, medical evaluation, or individualized treatment recommendations.
Within this conversation, the staff member may:
- Confirm whether the patient has already been examined by their local neurologist.
- Check and translate necessary documents.
- Provide general information to help assess whether it is reasonable to consider traveling to the medical centre for a consultation.
- Offer general recommendations on what preliminary examinations or specialist consultations are advisable to complete before visiting the medical centre.
- Answer non‑medical questions related to travel arrangements, accommodation, and comfort during the stay.
- Provide general information about the medical centre’s treatment technologies, including their general indications, contraindications, and possible side effects, without reference to the particular situation or condition of the potential patient.
- This informational consultation does not constitute a medical service, clinical consultation, diagnostic activity, or medical advice, and shall not be interpreted as such. We expect patient already has local neurologist report.
2. Fill out the application
If you are paying for your relative, we need to know who and for which patient the consultation was paid.
3. Make payment for the preclinical assessment
Preclinical assessment prior to travelling for treatment – 5500 rubles

- Receipt of payment
- Full name of the patient
- Payer’s full name (if another person pays for the patient),
- Doctor’s conclusion with diagnosis (photo or scan)

In the subject of the letter be sure to specify on whose behalf the payment was made (Full Name).
5. Please wait, we will contact you
After the funds are credited to the clinic’s account and the payer and patient for whom the payment was made are identified, the clinic administrator contacts the payer using the provided contact information and schedules an preclinical assessment appointment prior to travelling for treatment at Buzaev Clinic, offering available dates and times.
